NetSuite & IT Systems Consultant (Remote Fractional Contract, US-Based)

About the Role

We’re partnering with an innovative, venture-backed technology company based in California that specializes in smart building and occupancy analytics solutions. As the business continues to scale, they’re looking for a fractional consultant to support both their NetSuite environment and broader IT systems landscape.

This is a hands-on, flexible engagement suited to someone who can operate across NetSuite administration while also helping manage internal systems, licenses, and day-to-day IT operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administer and support the company’s NetSuite environment, including workflows, saved searches, reporting, and general system maintenance
• Partner with finance and operations teams to ensure NetSuite is aligned with business processes
• Support system improvements, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization within NetSuite
• Manage and track software licenses across key business systems (ERP, SaaS tools, etc.)
• Oversee user access, permissions, and onboarding/offboarding processes across internal systems
• Act as a point of contact for general IT systems support and vendor coordination
• Help streamline processes across systems to improve efficiency and visibility

What We’re Looking For

• Hands-on NetSuite experience in an admin or consultant capacity
• Comfortable working in a standalone or lightly supported environment
• Experience managing SaaS tools, licenses, and internal IT systems
• Strong understanding of business processes across finance and operations
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and work directly with stakeholders across the business
• Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus

• Fractional contract role (flexible hours, expected 10–20 hours per week)
• Remote, with preference for US-based candidates
